It was the summer before her Junior year of high school. Tara was riding the school bus to orientation for Central Virginia Governor’s School (or as she likes to call it, “Nerd School”). Riding that familiar yellow bus is not a highlight of the day for any kid. This day, however, was different. On this day, Tara noticed a boy named Harris. She thought he was cute from the start, but little did she know that he would one day be her husband and she would be his wife!
Eight years later, Tara and Harris are more in love than ever and ready to start the next chapter of their lives together. I love these pictures from their super fun engagement session at Trump Winery which involved a kiss under a parasol, racing through the vineyard, drinking wine by the pond, a little dancing and even some flying (see above)! Aaron is especially excited to photograph Tara and Harris’ wedding as they are friends from college and are such a fun couple!
Notice the numbers on the poles? 8-11…their wedding date!
