An excited bride spends months and months planning her wedding. She tries on countless dresses, tastes numerous cakes, and thoughtfully decides on the wedding colors. The details are slowly put into place and the day she has been dreaming of becomes a reality.
Afton was no different, and maybe even more the quintessential DIY Bride than most! She dreamed up the details of her wedding and the results were no short of amazing! She was such a gorgeous bride and she and Brian took great care to make their wedding day special. Parasols, signature cocktails, and wooden signs hand-painted by Afton and her dad were just some of the unique DIY details they incorporated into the day!
One of my favorite parts of the reception was the Carpe Donut stand on the lawn outside! Fresh, organic donuts…what more could you want?! They were overjoyed to be married and the celebration was awesome! Afton and Brian, we could not be happier for you both!

Instead of using place cards, they wrote the names of the guests on these rustic window panes. Such a great idea!

An awesome catch by the maid of honor!
