Ga-Young and Eugene’s Colorful Clifton Inn Wedding – Part 1

Under the heat of the midday sun, Eugene stood waiting to see his bride for the first time. I love when a bride and groom make time to see each other before the ceremony; it was one of the many moments Ga-Young and Eugene had been looking forward to throughout the day. As his bride came up behind him with the biggest smile on her face, Eugene turned around and was blown away. Ga-Young looked gorgeous wearing her amazing dress and he was overjoyed to see her. It was so perfect; Ga-Young could not stop smiling at her handsome soon-to-be husband and they were so excited to be getting married!

The wedding was simple beautiful. The Clifton Inn is full of gardens with exquisite colors! We love Amy Webb of Blue Ridge Floral Design as she perfectly complemented the beauty of the Clifton Inn with her vivid flowers. Thanks to Jennifer Hamlin of Events with Panache, the day went smoothly and everyone had an amazing time! One of my favorite things about the day was the joy that Ga-Young and Eugene’s family had for them. It was evident that they were all very close and so happy to be celebrating with them and that’s what a wedding is all about. Ga-Young and Eugene’s dog, Aggie, came along for the wedding and was so sweet and well behaved! I wanted to keep her!

I love Ga-Young’s shoes with gems on the bottom to make sure the bride has “something blue!”

It turned out to be too hot to have the ceremony on the lawn, but Jennifer Hamlin was prepared and they moved the ceremony under a tent on the veranda. It was beautiful and nicely shaded for all the guests!
