Allison and Alec had such an elegant reception at The Commonwealth Club in Richmond, VA. The ballroom was gorgeous and the Risse Band kept everyone dancing the whole night! I love the special traditions that they incorporated into the reception, including a song by Allison’s extended family specially written for the couple. Alec is in the Navy so they fittingly cut their cake with a sword! I especially loved the groom’s cake. Alec loves to hunt duck and always tries to get Allison to come along with him. The cake was decorated as a hunting scene with the bride dragging the groom away with a “no hunting” sign on the side!
Congratulations Allison and Alec! It was truly an amazing night and we were so honored to be a part of it!

We were so excited to create this framed gallery wrap of Allison’s bridal portrait and we loved seeing it displayed at the reception!
