Jessie and Jonathan utilized all the fun places on the Downtown Mall, from the ice rink to the free expression wall by the Pavilion. They even had an epic card battle on the roof of the parking garage! I love this session because Jessie and Jonathan’s personalities were perfectly captured in the pictures, as well as their amazing relationship as brother and sister. Jonathan is a senior and Jessie is a sophomore at Albemarle High School, and they are both very active; Jonathan is an eagle scout and Jessie is in the Marching Band. It’s obvious they have a great time together, and Karen told us how Jonathan always makes Jessie laugh. He was definitely true to form in this session!

Each year one of my favorite parts of the festival is the Trees exhibit. If you are in Charlottesville definitely make sure you check out the dozens of nature photos hung throughout the canopy of trees lining the mall!
