College sweethearts and UVA alum, Lauren and JD have a long and rich history together! Currently they live in San Francisco, but journeyed back to Virginia for their wedding on the Chesapeake Bay in Kilmarnock, Va. They tied the knot at Grace Episcopal Church, and the reception was held at the JD’s parents’ river house. The reception stayed true to a water theme with the image of a crab playing a big part in their decorating scheme. The delicious food from Carried Away Cuisine featured seafood, with yummy scallops and crab cakes. The photographs Aaron took by the water are absolutely beautiful! The sky even cooperated by being the same color as the bridesmaid’s dresses! A big thank you goes out to our good friend and very talented videographer Matt Ryb who accompanied Aaron on behalf of Exist N Motion Films, and to Kevin Zahn who assisted with the photography.

Wednesday my good friend Matt Ryb and I had the pleasure to team up with all of them on their Tell It Like It Is tour to produce a behind the scenes/live concert film from their show at the Birchmere in Alexandria, Va. We had a lot of fun hanging out all day and the guys put on an amazing show that evening; even they said it was one of the best shows they had done all tour!
