Maria & Adam’s One Year Wedding Anniversary – Wedding Album

Congratulations to Maria & Adam who had their one year wedding anniversary last Sunday! They had an amazing wedding at Pharsalia, which is located in Tyro, Virginia and surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains! It is one of the most scenic venues I’ve had the pleasure of photographing and also home to Maria & Adam!

Shortly after Maria & Adam’s wedding we had the pleasure to do a premiere of their wedding pictures with them and their family at our studio. It is always a joy to be there with a newly married couple as they see their pictures for the first time! The emotions and memories of the day come flooding back, and I love seeing the expressions on their faces as they go through each picture.

During the premiere, Maria & Adam ended up picking over 150 pictures for their wedding album! Kelsey did an amazing job using the pictures they selected to design a beautiful album (it is one of my favorite albums to this day)! The wedding album is often the first family heirloom, and I am so proud that they will be able to pass it down for generations to come! In honor of Maria & Adam’s one year anniversary, we thought it would be fun to share the beautiful layouts that Kelsey designed for their wedding album! Enjoy!

Heather & Chase’s Fusion Film

I’m really excited to share our brand new Fusion Film from Heather & Chase’s wedding! As much as I like the previous films we have produced, I knew we could top them and push our editing and shooting to an even higher level! Needless to say I think we achieved that and I feel this is our best work yet! My favorite part is when we did the big reveal before the ceremony and Chase’s mouth just drops when he looks at Heather for the first time! It was just an overall amazing day, and the scenery didn’t hurt either! I have to say Wintergreen is one of my favorite place for an outdoor wedding in this area, you just can’t beat the views!

Heather and Chase, Congratulations again! Thanks for having us be a part of your wonderful day! I hope you cherish this forever!

P.S. I just have to share Heather’s comment at the end of the night, after checking out a little slideshow of pictures we put together from earlier on in the day she told me, “The reality was nice, but the pictures made it look even better!” … That has to be the best compliment ever!

Ingrid & Aaron’s Wedding

This past weekend was hot! Like heat index of 106 degrees hot! Perfect weather for a nice tan, swimming in the pool, and Ingrid & Aaron’s wedding! You may remember Ingrid & Aaron from our recent engagement session in New York (if not check it out), a truly awesome couple who first met in Law School at the University of Virginia. So for their wedding they returned to Charlottesville and had the most gorgeous wedding at the Clifton Inn!

Thanks to my awesome team (the amazing Erin Manfredi and Thomas Dalton!) we captured many great moments and beautiful pictures! Unfortunately, that has given me the impossible task of choosing a few of those pictures to share with you. … I just couldn’t choose a few though … so I choose over 130 and made a fun little slideshow.
